I love their salads!!! Wow they need to add more! I'm from NYC and our salads are spectacular and I must say this, pollo loco comes close trust me! My only criticism would be add more and get many ways to add on. Love you guys. Your workers are hard working and have good customer service which is key to any establishment! Will be back to try more stuff.
Dropped by and redeemed the free taco for voting on a baseball game prediction in the app. Ordered nachos and cheese too. The service was better than last time I visited. I thought my order will go missing again like last time but it pushed through with no problem this time. Some tables were not clean and the staffs were okay. Not friendly but okay. The taco was good and hot. They gave me wrong hot sauce though.
Updating from my original 1/5 star review. A couple of months ago I came back by due to pure convenience. I noticed a lot of positive changes. Today I swung by again, and everything seems so much better than about a year ago. The staff were all very kind and professional, I got through the drive through quickly, and all of my food modifiers were done right. Whoever the new manager and staff team are, they're doing great.
